Our Heritage
PLB was established with a single Bull “Nugget”, who hailed from The Promised Land region of Bellingen on NSW’s Mid North Coast. Nugget was sourced from The Promised Land Stud, renowned for producing some of Australia’s highest quality bulls & cows. Our promise is to honour our heritage & continue to produce quality Australian Angus beef.

Black Angus
The Angus breed is one of the few breeds originally developed for beef production only. The consequent finely marbled, firm texture and even fat cover that are the hallmarks of Angus cattle means we can promise you a superior beef meal.
Grass Fed
Grass Fed Meat does have a different taste - rich and earthy - compared to grain fed meat. This difference in flavour is due to the variety of pastures that the cattle have in their diet. An added bonus is that grass fed beef is approximately 65% lower in total fat than grain fed beef.
